Weekend deliveries? You bet. If we miss Saturday, we aim for Sunday. If not, Monday's your day.

While we can't promise an exact delivery time, we do our best to meet your preferred 4-hour delivery window. And if you're not home? We find a safe spot to leave the bouquet or coordinate for a better time. Simple, flexible, seamless.

1. Use a Clean Vase. Give your favourite vase a good scrub with soap and water before you use it to remove pesky bacteria or residue.
2. Fill with Warm Water. Aim for room temperature, like a cozy bath for your roses.
3. Trim Stems. Chop off about an inch from the bottom, and remember, the angle is everything! A 45-degree cut makes your stems thirsty for water. Use sharp scissors or pruning shears so you don’t squish the stems.
4. Pluck Low Leaves. See any leaves below the water? Pluck ’em off. Leaves underwater are party spots for bacteria.

• Monday to Friday: 9 am - 6 pm (St. Catharines & Grimsby close at 5 pm)

• Sunday: 11 am - 3 pm (Note: Stratford, St. Catharines & Grimsby are closed on Sundays.)
