We do our very best to provide the same flowers, although due to seasonality and a perishable product, we may, from time to time, have to provide a substitution. Your arrangement will have a very similar look and feel.
What is the substitution policy if the flowers I ordered aren't available?
We do our very best to provide a similar colour and texture if a substitution is required.
Do you guarantee delivery on holidays (Easter, Mother's Day, etc.) if ordered by a certain date?
Although we are unable to confirm an exact delivery time due to the increased volume, we do our very best to follow AM or PM delivery requests.
How does same-day delivery work?
If ordering before 2 PM, we are able to ensure local store delivery is completed on the same day. If ordering the GTA, some deliveries may not be completed until the following day depending on the distance of the recipient from the closest Forest of Flowers location. Due to the high volume of delivery requests on Mother's Day, we highly recommend ordering at least 3 days in advance to ensure we have the product and ability to complete your delivery on time.
Can I schedule a specific delivery time?
