I live in Toronto but recently purchased a floral arrangement for my uncle's funeral in Stratford. The arrangement was beautiful and most of the flowers were of exceptional quality. Unfortunately, there was an issue with one flower within the arrangement. As soon as it was brought to their attention, they immediately went into 'solution mode' to rectify the situation. I must say that Forest of Flowers are true professionals. They were extremely responsive and offered to replace the entire arrangement. I live in Alberta and have relatives living near Stratford. I have had arrangements delivered. In a recent visit I picked up 50 red roses for memorial services. The roses were fresh and everyone looked great. Plus the service is exceptional. I highly recommend this shop.
