01/2012 I just want to commend your store at Hyde Park and Oxford St. for their Excellent customer service. I ordered roses for my wife's birthday yesterday and unfortunately when they were delivered today several of the blooms had broken/fallen off the stems. I called your store to express my concern and was told they would "make it right". A little more than an hour later my wife called to say that 2 dozen beautiful replacement roses had been deliverd with apologies. This is great service - needless to say, you will have me as a customer for life!!

01/2012 I stopped in at the Masonville location last week and dealt with Sara - first impressions are big with me and she made it for sure. The store itself is so inviting and beautifully decorated. I was in need of 3 very simple childrens bouquets for a small intimate wedding. Gave her an idea and what colors i'd like and she said no problem she could get some great artificial flowers in right away and have it done on time. Well i was so happy with what she and Kim came up with. When i was there to pick them up i was also privy to another customers great experiences here and watched first hand the first rate level of service given. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, the children loved them and no one knew they were fake - they even offered to put them in water at the restaurant we were at. KUDOS to Sara & Kim, i have spread the word that your location is where its at!!!! These days good service is so hard to come by and i have a location right around the corner but i will drive out of my way now for this location. Thanks again Ladies for helping to make our day even more special :)

09/2011 I just wanted to thank you for the amazing arrangement. I had went in store on Dundas st, London Ontario, on Sunday, for flowers for a funeral. I was overwhelmed with having to pick out what type of arrangement for the amount of money I had. When I showed up at Westview Funeral Home yesterday, I was amazed to see what the lady had put together. It was above and beyond what I had expected. 07/2011 I want to thank you for the beautiful flower arrangement you created for my uncle's funeral on July 12th. I didn't order one of the arrangements you have displayed online. They weren't exactly what I wanted. When I talked to someone at your store I asked that the bouquet to be made up with old fashioned flowers that would feel like "faded elegance". When my sister and cousins went to the funeral we were so impressed. It was everything we could have hoped for. Thank you so much.
